Hannah Subki has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Hannah has worked as a Volunteer for Go Girl, Go for IT - Vic ICT for Women, contributing to the mission of inspiring and educating young girls in STEM. Additionally, Hannah has held positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Catapult and a Talent Director at Crew Talent Advisory, where they played a crucial role in talent acquisition. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at FedEx, a Global HR Business Partner at iflix, and a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Standard Chartered Scope International. Hannah also gained experience in recruitment and training as a Talent Associate at British American Tobacco and a Training and Recruitment Manager at Boost Juice Bars Malaysia. Hannah began their career as a Sales Executive at Appco Group and a Store Assistant at Celebrity Style.

Hannah Subki completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from The University of Queensland in 2008-2009. Prior to this, they pursued the American Degree Transfer Program in Psychology at HELP University College from 2006 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Hannah Subki obtained several certifications, including an Ethics Ambassador certification from iflix in June 2018. Hannah also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, such as Employee Engagement in May 2023, and several diversity and inclusion-related certifications in September 2022, namely Creating Change: Diversity and Inclusion in the Tech Industry, Creating Psychological Safety for Diverse Teams, Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program, Recruiting Diverse Talent as a Hiring Manager, Women Transforming Tech: Breaking Bias, Women Transforming Tech: Tips for Career Success, and Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing in May 2022.
