Brian Powers

Brian Powers has over 30 years of work experience in various roles in the insurance industry. Brian is currently serving as the Vice President of Claims & Product Development at SolutionWorks since 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at Catastrophe Solutions International (CSI) from 2017 to 2019, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining efficient claims processes and analyzing industry trends. Before that, they worked at Nationwide Insurance as the National Catastrophe and On Your Side Glass Manager - Material Damage from 2006 to 2016, Safeco Insurance as the National Product Line Manager - Physical Damage from 2002 to 2006, and GEICO in multiple roles from 1994 to 2002, including National Performance Review Manager, National Performance Review Supervisor, and Field Adjuster. Brian started their career in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Gunner - LAV from 1989 to 1992.

Brian Powers attended Anne Arundel Community College from 1982 to 1985, studying Business Administration and Management. Brian then went on to Towson University, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business.
