Addison Hoover

Addison Hoover is an Executive Chef with a demonstrated history of working in the culinary industry. With experience at Catawba Island Club as both a Sous Chef and currently an Executive Chef, Addison also served as an Executive Chef at Shawnee Country Club. Addison holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu - North America.
