Sedney's earlier experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at Ridgeway Manor Nursing Home, where they were responsible for all HR functions. Michele also worked at the University of Maryland at College Park as the Assistant Employment Manager, overseeing recruitment and hiring for all university staff positions and coordinating advertising and recruitment efforts.
