Andy Botha

Andy Botha is the current CFO at Catawiki, and was previously the Group Chief Financial Officer at Purplebricks Group PLC from May 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Group CFO at Secret Escapes from September 2019 to April 2020, and at ZPG from April 2016 to June 2019.

At ZPG, Andy was responsible for leading on several equity and debt rounds, including the firm’s first £200m public market bond raise in just eight weeks achieving market-leading pricing for the credit rating. In May 2018, they successfully oversaw the sale of ZPG to Silver Lake for £2.5 billion.

Andy has a proven track record in financial leadership and management, with over 15 years of experience in various industries. Andy holds a degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town and is a Chartered Accountant (SA).

Andy Botha is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ICAEW) and a graduate of Middlesex University.
