Teresa Correia

Teresa Correia is an experienced payroll specialist currently serving as the International Senior Payroll Specialist and Lead at Catawiki since April 2025. Previously, Teresa held roles as a Senior Payroll Specialist and Payroll Specialist EMEA at Novartis, focusing on onboarding, terminations, and compliance with tax and legal regulations while also performing payroll calculations and providing support to employees and stakeholders. Prior experience includes a position in Global Procurement at Accenture, where Teresa collaborated with clients on procurement operations, and as a CRM Advisor at BlueLink International CZ, managing customer care for major airlines. Teresa's early career involved social support and professional integration for refugees as an Anthropologist with the Portuguese Refugee Council. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from ISEG - Executive Education, Teresa also holds a Master's degree in Medical Anthropology and Global Health from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, Universidad de Barcelona, and Centro Superior de Investigaciones Científicas.
