Chad Norman

Chad Norman is the COO & Founder of Catch Talent, a high-touch recruiting agency in Charleston, SC. Chad is also the Founder & Organizer of DisruptHR Charleston. With experience as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at SPARC, Manager at Blackbaud, and Founder & Managing Director of Go Green Charleston, Chad has a strong background in marketing, communications, and business management. Chad holds a BA in Psychology and Religious Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
