Natalie Gingerich has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Natalie began their career at Microsoft in 2013 as an IT Service Management Consultant Intern. Natalie then joined Thames Water in 2015 as a Defects/Lane Rental Coordinator before returning to Microsoft in 2016 as a Technical Account Manager. In 2018, Natalie joined Catch The Fire as a Communications Assistant, and over the years, they progressed to roles such as Church Operations Supervisor and Staff Care (HR) Manager. Currently, Natalie is the Director of Staff Care (HR) and Technology Services at Catch The Fire.
Natalie Gingerich attended Bournemouth University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Business Studies with a focus on Project Management and Operations Management.
