Joe Mckenna

Joe McKenna is the current GM of Ecommerce at Catch Co. Prior to this, Joe was a Senior Category Manager at Wayfair from July 2019 to June 2021, GM of ~$1 billion living room furniture category. Before Wayfair, Joe was the Head of Operations at Journelle from May 2015 to June 2017, where they managed fulfillment, customer service, and logistics as part of executive team. Joe's first management role was at McMaster-Carr from June 2012 to May 2015 as an Operations Supervisor. There they managed order fulfillment, logistics, customer service, and finance. Joe also managed 24 direct reports, designed and implemented process improvements, and exceeded challenging operational goals.

Joe McKenna attended the Bentley School before going on to Haverford College for their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Joe then attended Harvard Business School for their Master of Business Administration.
