Mike Damphousse

Founder/Partner at Category Design Advisors

Mike Damphousse has a strong background in founding and leading companies. Mike is currently the Co-Founder of Category Thinkers, a community that brings category designers together. Prior to this, they were the Founder/Partner of Category Design Advisors, where they worked with leadership teams to help them dominate a new category of business.

Mike also has experience as the Founder/Board Member of Green Leads, LLC, which was acquired by Next 15. Mike served as CEO/CMO of Green Leads, LLC before the acquisition.

Before their time at Green Leads, LLC, Mike was the CMO at RAM Scientific, where they launched a new product into the hospital market and increased company revenues significantly. Mike was also the Board Chairman of the non-profit organization Youth Tech Entrepreneurs, where they played a key role in helping underprivileged high school students pursue higher education.

Earlier in their career, Mike was the CMO at Infoteria Corporation, where they successfully launched an XML Commerce Server in international markets. Mike also co-founded Pangaea, a CRM software company, and served as its CEO and CMO. Additionally, Mike worked as the VP of Strategic Development at Modicon, which was acquired by Square D. Mike gained extensive international experience during their time at Modicon.

Mike Damphousse began their education at Bishop Guertin from 1978 to 1982. Following that, they attended Merrimack College from 1982 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
