Dave Irving

Dave Irving is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President at Catellus Development Corporation since February 2024, Dave has held various roles within the same company, including Director of Construction from July 2012 to April 2024. Prior experience includes a position as Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield from 2011 to July 2012, and before that, roles at Project Management Advisors and Swinerton Builders, where Dave progressed from Project Manager to Senior Project Engineer. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2000.
