Johannes Wingborg

Johannes Wingborg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial management. Currently serving as Ägaransvarig at Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning since May 2011, Johannes drives and develops ownership governance efforts within the organization. In addition to this role, Johannes is involved in multiple nomination committees for publicly listed companies such as Castellum, Corem Property Group, Genova, Proact IT Group AB, Nyfosa AB, and Catena AB. Johannes has held leadership positions, including Chair of Nyfosa's nomination committee during its public listing period, and has also served as a member of various other nomination committees since 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration from Uppsala University with a specialization in insurance and a Certified Financial Analyst diploma from the Stockholm School of Economics.
