Clayton Burman

Clayton Burman has extensive experience in operations management within the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as the Central North Island Operations Manager at Cater Plus Services NZ Ltd since July 2017. Prior to this role, Clayton held several positions at Compass Group New Zealand, including Operations Manager, Operations Support Coordinator, and Site Manager from 2012 to 2017. Clayton began the career as a Chef De Partie Pastry at Chateau Tongariro from January 2011 to May 2012. Clayton's educational background includes training from Nelson Polytechnic in Chef Training from 1995 to 1996.
