Tracy Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and organizational support across various sectors. Currently serving as the People Performance and Culture Support Partner for Cater Plus Services NZ Ltd since May 2021, Tracy also held the role of Operations Manager. Previous positions include Territory Sales Representative at Wimpex Ltd, Business Unit Manager at Eurofins Food NZ, and Area Manager at Restaurant Brands Ltd, where responsibilities included managing multiple KFC stores in New Zealand. Furthermore, Tracy contributed as a Regional Operations Manager for Retsol Corner Bakery, overseeing operations across three regions, and as Key Account Manager at Compass Group, managing off-shore catering operations.
