Sydney Ricard has a diverse work experience. Sydney started their career at Texas State University as an Office Assistant in the Dean of Students Office, where they managed student appointments, schedules, and created statistics on resource usage. Sydney then interned at The Seton Fund, where they assisted in planning and executing large fundraising events and gained experience in event coordination and donor acquisition efforts. Sydney also worked at EB Inc Events, where they held various roles such as Sales and Design Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing. At Avenida Brazil Churrascaria Steakhouse, they were responsible for events and community outreach. Currently, Sydney is working at Cater2.me, initially as a Vendor Onboarding Specialist and now as a Team Lead in the same role. In their current position, they manage the full onboarding cycle and engages vendors using cold call and email techniques.
