Eric Kaszubinski has had a long career in the culinary industry. Eric began in 1996 as a Culinary employee for the Walt Disney Company. Eric then moved on to become a Teaching Assistant/Fellow at Johnson & Wales University in 1997. In 1999, they accepted a position as an Assistant Culinary Manager at the Orlando World Center Marriott. In 2001, Eric became an Assistant Sous Chef at Stone Mountain Inn. From 2003 to 2008, Eric worked as a Sous Chef and Banquet Chef at Seaview Marriott Resort & Spa, and then as a Restaurant Chef at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. In 2011, they were promoted to Sous Chef at Marriott Biscayne Bay. In 2012, they were promoted again to Executive Chef at Miami Airport Marriott. Finally, in 2016, Eric accepted a role as Executive Chef at Pompano Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, where they were responsible for running a $4.5mil operation. In 2020, Eric became the Director of Purchasing for Catered Fit.
Eric Kaszubinski attended Johnson & Wales University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned both a B.S in Food Service Management and an A.A.S in Culinary Arts.
