Paul Baverstock

Paul Baverstock's work experience includes a variety of roles in communication and advocacy. Paul is the Founder and Chief Executive of Caterpillar Health, a rewards-based behavior change platform for population health and wellbeing. Paul also worked as a Partner at Communicate Advisors, specializing in strategic communication for good. Paul served as a Political Columnist for The Stray Ferret and as a Board Trustee for Opera North. Additionally, Paul was the Director of Engagement and Communications at the British Medical Association and the Director of Communications, Paperless 2020 at NHS Digital. Paul has also worked as a Communications Consultant, Partner and Managing Director at Engine, Senior Consultant at Bell Pottinger, and Associate Global Director at Ketchum.

Paul Baverstock completed their education with a Master's in Public and Private Management (School of Management) from Yale University between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts - BA in European History from Harvard University from 1986 to 1992. Their earlier education includes attending Millfield School from 1984 to 1986, where the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
