Dan Campion

Dan Campion serves as the Vice President of Operations at Caterpillar Inc. since January 2023. With extensive experience at Solar Turbines since May 2004, Dan holds multiple roles including Vice President of Turbomachinery Products, Director of Turbomachinery Operations, Director of Lean Manufacturing, and Master Blackbelt. Previous positions include Master Blackbelt at Caterpillar Inc. from January 2002 to May 2004, 6 Sigma Lean Consultant at George Group Consulting from January 2000 to January 2002, Black Belt at Allied Signal from 1995 to 1999, Operations Manager at Products Engineering Corporation from June 1992 to June 1995, and Engineering/Purchasing at National Conveyor Corp from January 1990 to June 1992. Dan earned an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Tufts University.
