Elaine Chen

Elaine Chen, CPA, currently serves as Senior Manager for Treasury Planning & Reporting at Caterpillar Inc. since November 2022, after previously holding the position of Central Area Controller at PulteGroup from June 2022 to November 2022. Prior to this, Elaine gained extensive experience at EY, where roles included Assurance Manager, Assurance Senior, and Assurance Staff between August 2017 and May 2022, as well as an Assurance Services Intern in early 2016. Elaine also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Accounting Department at the University of Texas at Dallas from August 2016 to May 2017. Elaine holds both a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, completed in 2017 and 2016, respectively, and studied at National Taiwan University in 2012-2013.
