Gustavo Vallejo

Gustavo Vallejo is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the mining and commercial sectors, primarily at Caterpillar Inc., where Gustavo has held various leadership roles since 2002. Currently serving as the Mining Regional Director for Southern Cone Latin America, Gustavo oversees sales, product support, and fleet management across Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Bolivia. Previous positions include Mining Regional Manager for Northern Latin America and Mining Technology and Solutions Regional Manager, where responsibilities encompassed a wide range of commercial and operational aspects of mining business development. Gustavo’s robust background further includes strategic roles at Eaton focusing on corporate development and consulting for Ferreyros S.A.A., complemented by a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
