Joshua Miller

Joshua Miller has over a decade of experience in engineering and project management, primarily at Caterpillar Inc. since August 2011. Currently serving as an Engineering Project Team Lead, Joshua directs global teams on New Product Implementation programs, managing budgets of $500K and overseeing multiple key programs simultaneously. Prior roles include Engineering Team Lead and Manufacturing Engineer 3, where Joshua successfully led initiatives to improve processes and reduce bottlenecks. Joshua also has experience as a Section Manager supervising a large team, and has contributed significantly to various capital projects throughout the career. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Bradley University (2010-2012) and early experience as a Quality Engineering Intern at Cast Technologies Inc.
