Kelsey Milman

Kelsey Milman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel - Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Caterpillar Inc. since April 2001. Milman has led various legal teams, including IP, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and operations. Prior to joining Caterpillar, Milman held positions at Warner Norcross and Judd as an Associate and at Accenture as a Consultant. Milman holds a J.D. magna cum laude and a B.S. in Engineering, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
