Likhita Ravuri

Likhita Ravuri is a Senior Design Engineer specializing in Power Electronics at Caterpillar Inc. since September 2021, focusing on systems and components related to electrification, chargers, and automation. Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering at North Carolina State University, Likhita's research centers on high power, high power density converter design for automotive and aerospace applications. Previously, Likhita held roles as a Manager and Team Leader at BITSAA International, an Electrical Engineer at VoltServer Inc., and a Graduate Research Assistant at the NSF FREEDM Systems Center, where fault current limiting topologies were developed for smart inverters. Likhita's educational background includes a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University and Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, respectively.
