Lisa Stewart

Lisa Stewart currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Caterpillar Inc., a position held since September 2023. Previously, Lisa was the Group Head of Legal Fund Services at IQ-EQ from September 2018 to September 2023 and held the role of Senior Manager at Axiom from December 2016 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Director and Legal Advisor at Augentius from June 2013 to December 2016, where legal advice was provided on administration services for private equity funds, as well as corporate and commercial matters. Between December 2009 and June 2013, Lisa worked as Legal Counsel for Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited, focusing on commercial real estate distressed loan portfolios. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen's University Belfast and completed the LPC program at BPP Law School in Leeds.
