David Kim

David Kim has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. David started their career as an Associate at K&L Gates in 2003, where they provided legal advice and assistance to clients in merger and acquisition transactions, as well as securities matters. In 2011, they joined SK Telecom as a Senior Corporate Counsel, where they served as legal counsel for international merger and acquisition, joint venture, and financing transactions. David joined Griffith Foods in 2014 and held positions as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary before being promoted to General Counsel - Vice President and Corporate Secretary in 2018.

David Kim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Michigan in 1999. David then pursued further education at the University of Michigan Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law in 2003.
