Mandy Chadwick

Mandy Chadwick, CSP, CHMM, serves as the Sr. Director of Sustainability & Environment at Plug Power since March 2022. Previously, Mandy held multiple roles at Caterpillar Inc., including Divisional EHS Manager, where responsibilities encompassed defining the overarching Environmental, Health and Safety strategy for the Components Manufacturing and R&D divisions. Mandy's career includes positions as an Environmental Supervisor and Engineer, as well as Health & Safety roles at various companies, including Alberto Culver and SBC Communications. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Environmental Health Science from Illinois State University, complemented by a Fellowship in Conservation from the National Conservation Leadership Institute.
