Randall Coleman

Randall Coleman serves as the Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Caterpillar Inc., a position held since January 2017, where responsibilities include strategy development, policy management, and personnel supervision to protect corporate assets and ensure employee safety. Prior experience includes a role as Executive Assistant Director at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from November 2015 to December 2016, overseeing all cyber, criminal, and critical incident operations globally. Coleman’s FBI tenure spans from 1997 to 2015, where various positions were held in the Counterintelligence Division, including Assistant Director and Special Agent in Charge. Coleman also served as a Captain in the US Army from 1988 to 1997, primarily in the 4th Infantry Division and 1st Cavalry Division. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from East Central University and additional academic experience at Oklahoma State University and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
