Seth Tebeest

Seth TeBeest currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Caterpillar Inc., focusing on IT procurement since December 2022. Previously, Seth worked as an Associate Attorney at Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen from May 2017 to December 2022 and held the position of Adjunct Professor at Chicago Kent College of Law, teaching IP Law and IP Business Strategy from August 2014 to May 2017. Seth has experience as a Consultant for SiNode Systems, an Intern for the Office of Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and has held various legal roles during law school, including Student Mediator at the Valparaiso University Law Clinic and Legal Extern at Hammond Legal Aid Clinic. Seth obtained a JD from Valparaiso University School of Law and a Master of Science in Intellectual Property Management & Markets from Chicago-Kent College of Law, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from West Texas A&M University.
