Tony Arida

Tony Arida is an accomplished Engineering Team Lead at Caterpillar Inc. since July 2008, specializing in Track Type Tractor Engine Application Software. With extensive experience in project engineering, Tony manages approximately 200 releases annually, leading a team of four engineers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality software. Previous roles include System Engineer and Application Lead, where Tony focused on engine application software for various machinery, conducted thorough bench testing, and addressed customer issues. Additionally, Tony has contributed to significant process improvements through a 6 Sigma project aimed at optimizing the engineering release process across Cat facilities.
