Vincent Wang

Vincent (Xin) Wang is an experienced professional with a strong background in cost management and project engineering. Currently serving as the Cost Lead at Caterpillar Inc. since March 2016, Vincent leads a data analysis team focused on Business Intelligence projects related to BOM analysis and operational cost management. Previous roles include Project & Utility Supervisor at Henkel, where leadership of cross-functional teams facilitated CAPEX projects and process optimization, and Project Engineer at Johnson & Johnson, where Vincent significantly improved production capacity and product quality using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Vincent also gained experience as a Process Engineer Intern at Schneider Electric. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Project Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, both with a strong academic performance.
