Rifaat Obeid

Rifaat Obeid is a skilled professional in the field of cost management and project management, currently serving as Lead Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend since April 2022, following roles as Senior Cost Manager and Cost Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Consultant at BIM-UK Limited, where Rifaat was involved in the NEC3 and NEC4 commercial and contract management for Yorkshire Water's extensive project framework.
