Nancy Tarr

Nancy Tarr is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in compliance and community reinvestment. Currently serving as SVP, Director of Community Development at Cathay Bank, Nancy manages the Community Reinvestment Act Department while fostering community relationships across nine states. Previous roles include SVP, CRA Manager at Bank of Hope, and various compliance-related positions at Pacific City Bank, East West Bank, Bank of the West, Washington Mutual Bank, Countrywide Financial Corporation, City National Bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank. Nancy's education includes a BA in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from UCLA, as well as studies at the Pacific Coast Banking School and Cannon Financial Institute.
