Nita Kao

Nita Kao has a strong background in banking and finance, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Nita started their career at American Income Life in 2000, where they led new business development and account management for life and health insurance sales in a two-state territory. Nita then moved on to Wachovia Bank, NA in 2003, where they served as a Financial Specialist, focusing on expanding the wealth management and loan portfolio for retail customers. In 2005, Nita joined Bridgeview Bank Group as a Branch Manager, overseeing operational and business development for a high-volume consumer banking center. Nita was responsible for managing a team, as well as business development, client relations, and compliance. Nita later joined Cathay Bank in 2008 as a Regional Vice President, overseeing three Midwest branches and leading all areas of business development, client relations, and strategic planning.

Nita Kao completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
