Marco Chang

Marco (Hao-Yun) Chang is a Senior Innovation Consultant at Cathay Financial Holdings since January 2020, specializing in digital transformation with a focus on FinTech/InsurTech, process automation, and AI integration. Prior to this role, Marco worked at Deloitte as a Consultant from March 2019 to January 2020, where attention was given to cloud transformation strategies in the financial services sector and public sector. From February 2017 to January 2019, Marco served as a Management Consulting Analyst at RealFoundations, collaborating with various real estate investment trusts (REITs) and institutional investors. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technical Analyst at Finastra, providing support for the LoanIQ servicing system for top-tier financial institutions. Marco holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas. Marco is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
