Robert Shiue

Robert Shiue is an experienced professional in AI applications and product management, currently serving as AI TPM, MLOps Lead, and Full Stack Developer at Cathay Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. since November 2019. Robert has successfully coordinated the creation of an MLOps system and developed a chatbot application addressing Cathay Credit Card issues. Prior to this role, Robert delivered data products and led customer development initiatives, effectively building a cross-department customer network. With a background as a Senior IT Consultant at Xuenn Private Limited, Robert led a successful project for a profitable table game and completed integrations for mobile and HTML-based slot games. Earlier in the career, Robert worked as a Software Consultant at Cynergy, where the management of a comprehensive intranet system was achieved. Robert holds a Bachelor of MIS from National Chung Cheng University.
