Alan Wai

Alan Wai has extensive experience in digital sales transformation and management, currently serving as Digital Sales Transformation Manager at Cathay Pacific since September 2019. Previous roles at Cathay Pacific include Assistant Manager Digital Sales Transformation and Area Manager for Sichuan and Chongqing. Alan also held positions such as Assistant to Regional General Manager Europe and Assistant to Group GM IT and Digital. Concurrently, Alan is a Management Trainee at John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Ltd., seconded to Cathay Pacific Airways. Earlier work experience includes internships at American Express, Aston Villa Football Club, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and HM Government of Gibraltar. Alan Wai holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and completed an International Semester Exchange at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
