Ariful Islam

Ariful Islam has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) at Cathay Pacific Airways since November 2019. Previous positions include Cargo Agent at Emirates SkyCargo from December 2013 to November 2019, and Senior Executive-Cargo at Cathay Pacific Airways from April 2012 to December 2013, overseeing both export and import operations. Ariful also worked as a Senior Executive at GMG Airlines from 2011 to 2012, focusing on cargo department administration, and held the role of Senior LTL at Qatar Airways from 2005 to 2010 in the Ground Service Department. Ariful holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from Kushtia Govt. College, completed in 2005, and has foundational education in Business Studies from Kushtia Islamia College, as well as earlier academic achievement in Science from Kalachandpur High School and College.
