Joseph Wong

Joseph Wong has a diverse work experience. Joseph started their career as a Summer Intern at Shing Fung Logistics Company in 2015. Later that year, they worked as a Sandwich Intern at Hong Kong China Power Holdings Limited. In 2017, they joined Cathay Pacific as an IT Graduate Trainee and worked in various roles, including Service Operation Specialist and Solution Analyst. In 2021, they became a Solution Analyst specializing in DevOps. Joseph then progressed to Solution Lead / Platform Ops Lead in 2022 and is currently working as an IT Practice Lead - DevOps at Cathay Pacific since February 2023.

Joseph Wong completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Logistics Engineering and Supply Chain Management at The University of Hong Kong from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL V4 Foundation certification from EXIN in 2019.
