Ken Lung

Ken Lung has an extensive work history in the field of corporate communications and marketing. Ken is currently the Head of Corporate Communications at Cathay Pacific, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Corporate Communications at Octopus Holdings Limited from 2018 to 2023.

Before joining Octopus Holdings Limited, Ken Lung worked at Citi for seven years, starting in 2011 as the Vice President of Corporate Affairs and leaving in 2018. Ken also held the position of Vice President of Corporate Communications at China CITIC Bank International Limited from 2007 to 2011.

Earlier in their career, Ken Lung worked as a Manager of Marketing Communications & Branding at SmarTone from 2005 to 2007, and as a Manager of Marketing Communications at Standard Chartered Bank in 2004. Ken also served as a Manager of Personal Financial Services at HSBC from 2002 to 2004.

Ken Lung began their career as an Assistant Manager of Credit Card Marketing at Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd. from 1996 to 1999.

Ken Lung completed their A Levels at Catholic Junior College, Singapore in 1987. Ken then earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Auckland between 1989 and 1992. Later, in 2002 and 2003, Ken pursued an MBA at the HKUST Business School, majoring in Business.
