Talha Shaikh

Talha Shaikh has been with Cathay Pacific since November 2010, currently serving as the Regional Head of Trade Sales for India and Sri Lanka. Throughout this tenure, Talha has held various positions including Assistant Manager of Customer Contact, where responsibilities involved managing a team of 61 personnel to enhance performance and productivity within the Customer Care Department. Additionally, Talha has extensive experience in corporate and trade sales, developing strategies to maximize revenue and streamline processes. Prior to Cathay Pacific, Talha worked at Celebi NAS Airport Services India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Passenger Service Agent and at Indo Saudi Travels Pvt. as a Customer Sales Agent. Talha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and has a strong educational background in Mathematics and Computer Science.
