Tim H. has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Tim started their career at Dowty Aerospace Landing Gear as a Stress/Design Engineer from 1990 to 1994. Tim then joined Cathay Pacific Airways in 1994 and held various roles including Senior Technical Services Engineer, Aircraft Configuration Control Manager, Planning Manager - Aircraft Configuration Control, and Inventory Operations Manager - Inventory Planning. In 2009, Tim became the Engineering Development Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways, where they led a team of experts in implementing new IT systems and processes. Tim later became the IT Account Manager - Engineering, Flight Operations & Cargo before being promoted to Head of Planned Maintenance. Currently, Tim is the Head of Transformation Projects, Engineering, where they focus on defining and delivering the Technology and Digital strategy for CX Engineering.

From 1986 to 1990, Tim H. attended the University of Wales Institute of Science & Technology (UWIST), where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
