Zora Ho

Zora Ho is the Head of Group Safety at Cathay Pacific, a position held since January 2015, responsible for safety oversight across flight, ground, and cabin safety for Group Airlines, as well as operational risk management. Prior roles include Group Safety Manager in Analytics and Data Management, where Zora led data management initiatives, developed Safety Performance Indicators, and ensured compliance with safety database standards. Previous experience includes operational roles at Cathay Pacific Catering Services and a student assistant position at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Zora holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Safety Management in Civil Aviation Diploma from IATA Training.
