Teo Ryan has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Teo started their career at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in 2009 and held various roles such as Business Relationship Manager, Deputy Business Team Head, and VP of Business Manager across different banking sectors. In 2017, Teo joined Maybank as a Snr BDM in Commercial Banking. Currently, they are working at Cathay United Bank, where they hold the position of Senior RM and Team Lead in the FI/NBFI & Middle Market division. Teo also serves as a Global Transaction Services & Financial Institutions Group Relationship Manager.

Teo Ryan completed the Fintech: Innovation and Transformation in Financial Services program at NUS Business School Executive Education in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Finance from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) between 2006 and 2009. Additionally, they hold a certification in Data Science from Vertical Institute.
