Mike Hudspeth

Mike Hudspeth is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in consulting and operations within the hospitality and restaurant industries. Currently serving as President at Cathedral Consulting since December 2020, Mike specializes in connecting leaders with resources to enhance business value through market research, strategic planning, M&A support, and consulting. Prior to this role, Mike was a Business Development Executive at RAM Consulting, LLC, focusing on improving organizational performance. Additionally, Mike held significant positions at Brinker International as a Business Development Executive and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations for a global restaurant chain, and served as President of Starbucks Eastern Europe at AmRest, managing a substantial network of stores and franchises. Mike holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Eastern Washington University.
