Suzanne Davies

Suzanne Davies has extensive experience in the legal and corporate sector. Suzanne currently holds the position of Vice President Legal & Corporate Secretary at Cathedral Energy Services since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as Vice President Legal & Corporate Secretary at Ensign Energy Services for over 15 years, from January 2007 to September 2022. Before joining Ensign Energy Services, Suzanne worked as an Associate at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) from June 2001 to January 2007.

Suzanne Davies completed their education at McGill University, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) degree from the Faculty of Law. Suzanne pursued their legal studies until 2001. Prior to that, Suzanne completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at the University of Calgary in 1996. Alongside their educational achievements, they obtained a certification in Modern Governance 100 from Diligent Corporation in October 2020.
