Kimberlee Tripoli

Kimberlee Tripoli is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at CATHEXIS since July 2024. Tripoli is also an active member of Chief, an organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership, since September 2021. Previously, Tripoli held CFO positions at iNovex, Ad Hoc LLC, and Ace Info Solutions LLC, and served as Vice President of Finance at Guidehouse. Additional roles include Senior Director of FP&A at ICF and Controller at Optum. Tripoli has a strong background in both financial and operational leadership, demonstrated through positions as CFO and COO at The Lewin Group and Quintiles. Tripoli earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.
