Danielle Mensing has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Danielle most recently served as the Chief Development Officer at Catholic Charities of Boston, a position they have held since December 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Development Officer at the Perkins School for the Blind from January 2022 to August 2023. Danielle also served as the Regional Director of Advancement at the Rochester Institute of Technology from August 2021 to January 2022. In addition, Danielle founded Voices For Impact in 2020, where they served as the Founder until 2022. Danielle also held the role of Chief Development Officer at the Catholic Diocese of Syracuse from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they worked at the Alzheimer's Association, Central New York Chapter, where they were the Development Director from 2017 to 2018 and the Events Manager from 2015 to 2017. Danielle also has experience in conference organization and founding, as they were the Founder of Social Change through Intergenerational Dialogue from 2014 to 2015, a project that received funding from the Clinton Foundation.

Danielle Mensing holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Management from Utica University. Danielle also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications and Media, as well as Psychology, from Nazareth University. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Danielle attended Fayetteville-Manlius Senior High School.
