Jessica Jenkins has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in case management and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Case Coordinator and Front Desk Receptionist with the Emergency Assistance Program at Catholic Charities Diocese of Arlington since November 2018, Jessica previously held roles at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church as Coordinator of Communications and Events and as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Additional experience includes an Administrative Assistant position at Tri-County Youth Services Bureau, Inc., and roles in customer service at Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft and The Salvation Army. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Human Development from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2015.
