Nasira Jan Talib

Nasira Jan Talib has extensive experience in migration and refugee services, currently serving as the Migration and Refugee Service Site Supervisor and Senior Employment Specialist at Catholic Charities Diocese of Arlington since May 2022. Previously, Nasira worked as a Case Manager at Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service from July 2021 to May 2022 and held roles at Catholic Charities from December 2017 to July 2021, including Employment Specialist and School Liaison within the Migration and Refugee Services division. Additionally, Nasira has a background as a Gender Advisor from June 2005 to April 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies obtained from Law and Political Science between 2012 and 2016, and three years of medical education at Balkh Medical University in Afghanistan from 1995 to 1997.
