Heather Adams

Heather Adams has a wealth of experience in program management and coordination in social service agencies. Currently, Heather serves as the Sr. Navigator Manager at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington, where Heather oversees case management initiatives for immigrants. Prior to this role, Heather held positions such as Program Director at SEEC and Bello Machre, and Regional Manager at Project Access. Heather's educational background includes a Master of Education in Psychological Studies from Cambridge College and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Johnson & Wales University.
